4-25-2008: Victory Games, a game review site in Poland, has given Avernum 5 a very nice review.
3-28-2008: Avernum 5 Upgrades - We have released Avernum 5 v1.0.1 for Windows and v1.0.4 for the Macintosh. This new version fixes several scripting errors, including a very rare but unpleasant problem with the Lysstak the Beast fight. The new version can be downloaded here. Just download and install the full version and you will be upgraded. Your registration and saved games will be unaffected.

9-24-2007: There is a problem with the Nethergate: Resurrection for Windows CD Full Installer that can sometimes cause the game to think it's not registered. If you run into problems with this, you can find out what to do here.

5-18-2007: We have released new versions of the Blades of Exile source code for both Windows and Macintosh. Some of the files on the Windows side were missing and some of the files on the Mac side were missing some resources. (If you got the version of Macintosh Release 1 with non-empty resource files, you don't need to upgrade.)
5-9-2007: We have released the source code for our aging classic Blades of Exile. Aspiring programmers can now take this program and modify it, improve it, or completely convert it.
