Homeland Bugs fixed in v1.0.1

• 1) Fixed the ClearHound bug -- missing the ClearHound image files
• 2) The "Intro" and "Credits" buttons for the demo now say "Not available in Demo."
• 3) Ordering info has been added to the Player's Manual that the player carries around in the game.
• 4) The Demo gets listed as "Homeland Demo" in the taskbar
• 5) A fix to combat speeds so that the correct speed gets used for long range and melee weapons
• 6) The Mysterious Woman repeats where the ruins are if asked.
• 7) I fixed something where sometimes multiple options got highlighted during conversations (this only occurred on my notebook computer). I'm hoping this might fix another problem someone was mentioning with books. I'm gonna ask him to try out this new version.
